The room had very spacious layout with great views! I loved the shower. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating, especially with our request for early check-in. The staff are friendly and professional.
The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel felt old and dated badly. I found no electrical plugs besides those used for lamps and TVs, so I had to move furniture.

My room was a Beautiful King Room Burj Khalifa View. The room had excellent service. Breakfast was good and staff checked that everything was satisfactory. Khodarahm the doorman was friendly. He.
The rooftop noise at night was quite loud. It slightly affected the peace in the room. This disturbance happened late at night.
